How long does it take to get my order shipped?

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for any given order to be processed.

What payments do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:
PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Stripe, Apple Pay, Digicash

I live in Luxembourg, can I come and pick up my order?

Absolutely. Please contact us via our social media or mail so we can find an arrangement. 

Can I change my order?

It depends. Please carefully review your information prior to finalizing your order. This includes your name, address, and contents within your order. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped out, you cannot change the items within your order anymore. If you’ve entered your address incorrectly, please use the Contact Form to provide the correct address. If your order has already shipped, the provided address cannot be changed.

Will I receive a tracking code for my order?

Yes, if you selected the shipping option with tracking at checkout. If you did not, we sadly can't provide you any information on where your package currently is.

My tracking hasn't updated lately, where is my package?

We can only see the same tracking information that you can, so unfortunately we cannot provide more detail. Most probably your order is still in transit between two checkpoints, making it look like your order hasn't moved lately.
A package rarely gets lost. If the delivery man, or women, can't find the address you indicated, the package will be sent back to us.

How long does my order take to be delivered?

 

Please allow up to 4 - 7 additional business days for your order to be delivered inside of Europe, or 8 - 15 business days if you're located Internationally. Packages to countries as Australia or Japan usually take 3 to 4 weeks to get there.

 

SPONSORSHIP

Can I be sponsored?

We always love hearing you guys wanting to represent the brand and get it out to your friends. However the answer to this question is unfortunately always ‘no’. As much as we would love to sponsor everyone that asks, we are simply not able to do so.

What about a discount code?

No. We are very nice people, but we cannot give you a discount simply because you asked nicely.
