CODE 66
For those that don't know, here a quick summary of how the MisFitted brand came to life back in 2018. A group of friends, passionate about cars, living their youth and making memories. Pretty quickly, the brand grew and became a reference in the local ‘car scene’. Over the years, I tried to push MisFitted further and further, releasing new products and collections. They sold out quicker and quicker, especially during 2020 and 2021.
Then in 2022, I was finally able to make the step I never thought I would be able to do.
QUITTING MY 9-5 JOB TO RUN MISFITTED FULL-TIME.
Ever since, I’ve been focusing a lot on personal growth, health and just making the best out of the opportunity we’ve been given on this planet. Which also explains that other passions in my life took a step back, the passion on which MisFitted was initially built.
If you compare the view on life I had in 2018 and the one I am having now, I feel an inside urge to help people, especially young people, to do the best out of their life, pursue their dreams and just think outside of the box we’re placed in since our birth.

WHY 66 YOU ASK ?
Because it takes an average of 66 days to form a new habit.
THE GAME PLAN
⏰ RULE N°1 : WAKE UP BEFORE 7AM
No snoozing, no immediately grabbing your phone. It's important to avoid using screens and other distractions right after waking up because it can disturb your sleep pattern and make you feel more stressed and less productive throughout the day. Not necessary to continue waking up at 7AM on weekend, the idea is not to rest in bed until 11am however. Try to wake up as early as possible and getting between 7-8 hours of sleep.
🏋 RULE N°2 : PHYSICALLY ACTIVE FOR 45M/DAY
If you’re already hitting the gym, just keep the consistency going. It is not recommended to work out every day that’s why we recommend going for a walk on your off-days.
🤳 RULE N°3 : SCREEN-TIME BELOW 2H/DAY
Guess what, you don’t need to always know that people you’re following are up to. At the end of the day, it won’t impact your life anyway. Try to keep this as low as possible, scrolling hours on TikTok is known to destroy your focus and have negative impacts on your mental health.
🥗RULE N°4 : HEALTHY DIET
This is a no brainer. Try cutting your sugar input to a minimum, no sodas or energy drinks (addicting + sleep disorder). Minimize processed foods and try cooking more meals at home (so you know what you’re eating) Drinking at least 1.5L of water a day is a must for your brain and body to function properly.
📖 RULE N°5 : READ 10MIN/DAY + MEDITATE 5MIN/DAY
You’re right, learning doesn’t stop after school. Focus on learning a new skill for at least 10 minutes per day. Reading is also a great activity to fix your broken focus. Meditating can seem to be boring and useless at first, but this really has a big impact on your focus too, especially if you’re an overthinker, meditating helps you get your thoughts back in place.
🧠 RULE N°6 : FOCUS WORK FOR 2H/DAY
No matter if you’re studying or working, do at least 2h of work per day with NO distraction. Phone out of reach and on silent. If you need music to focus, ditch Harry Styles and go for binaural beats (there’s plenty on YouTube)

RULE N°X : COLD EXPOSURE FOR AT LEAST 1MIN/DAY
Not everyone can do cold plunges in an ice bath, but simply turn your shower cold for at least 1min. Cold showers have been shown to have various potential benefits such as improving immune function, reducing inflammation, increasing testosterone levels, enhancing mood and mental clarity, and improving skin and hair health, among others.
